Description of problem:
After importing the quickstart 'policy-security-wss-signencrypt' there are the following errors:
cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'ec:InclusiveNamespaces'.

The problem is in secure-request.xml

This is just on a test message and unrelated to the application configuration.  We can look at updating this post 6.0.

For Fuse 6.2.1, we are moving towards tracking issues in JIRA.   I've logged https://issues.jboss.org/browse/ENTESB-3624 to represent this issue.   Closing this bugzilla, work will continue in the JIRA.
