Description of problem:

A JBoss Portal 'web' OpenShift cartridge that has EAP + Portal specifics. The JBoss Portal cartridge would need to connect a DB cartridge on OpenShift Online. In OS Enterprise, customers might want to connect to DBs externally (outside PaaS environment).
