Description of problem:

Outcome of style discussions requires that the output of <attribution> tags inside <blockquote> tags be bold, and preceded by an en dash and a space. Based on existing standards, replacing the en dash with a dash would be acceptable.

The current output also displays the attribution on a grey background. This does not appear to be an issue.
