Description of problem:

When I upgrade my Fedora 19/20 never than 3.11.6-** Linux Kernel then start experince high temparature problem. Beforden my leptop working with 45 ~ 55 C but after Linux Kernel update system start with 60 C and grow up.

I already closed intel turbo mode on my bios and my cpu working with max 2600 MHZ also before Linux Kernel update my CPu work with MA 75 C but now I can see 80 C with max load at between 10 ~ 40 minutes with stress software.

How reproducible:

basicly update your Linux Kernel with yum update

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update kernel from 3.11.6-** to 3.11.7-** or 3.11.8-**
2. Just open your PC and don't start any software basicly you can see high temparture problem if this problem not unic for me.

İf you look atached file I have Nvidia optimus on my leptop but I use standart nouveau driver and already closed nvidia hardware via bbswitch

This problem resolve after 3.11.9-300.fc20.x86_64 kernel update. Cpu working between 43 ~ 60 C now, please close this bug report.
