May be you are using 1.4.0-4 or there might be another bug in another screen Can you please let me know steps so that i can reproduce the issue? Steps as follows: 1start system-config-language by running the command 2 choose Marathi 3 choose cancel in next screen 4 message box comes out asking: Marathi language support is not installed,do you want to install it? If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. lnie, I am not the original author of this system-config-language code but what I have understood from its code is that basic intention behind this tool is to set the system language default. So, once you select any language and click on OK button there is no way to stop setting the selected language as default language and I see this is a correct behaviour. Now In addition to this, system-config-language also provides installing language support. So if selected language support is not already installed then it will ask whether we want to install it or not. If selected Yes then it will proceed with yum installing packages for this language and if selected No then it will just exit. So, I don't think this is a valid bug.
