Title: Apache Lucene and Infinispan Query

Describe the issue:
2 issues:

- sentence "Infinispan Query uses the Hibernate event system to track events for each entity operation such as inserting, updating or removing an entity from the database, and schedules index updates."

Suggestions for improvement:
Should NOT refer to Hibernate events, nor databases, but refer to "Infinispan events" or - technically more accurate:

"Infinispan Query intercepts changes to entries stored in the Data Grid to generate corresponding indexing operations"

Also: remove the "tech preview" warning as it's no longer tech preview.

Removed reference to Hibernate and used suggested change. Removed Tech Preview comment.
