Title: Reader Strategy Configuration

Describe the issue:
Property "default..reader.strategy"
I'm pretty sure that's wrong, it won't work with two dots.

Suggestions for improvement:
"default.reader.strategy"

And also 
default.reader.strategy = my.corp.myapp.CustomReaderProvider

This is also from the former ch 3 (architecture) and is currently excluded. Setting this to CLOSED Deferred.
