Description Sanne Grinovero 2013-11-21 19:13:51 UTC
Title: Infinispan Query in Red Hat JBoss Data Grid

Describe the issue:
The introduction of Chapter 3.1 reads
" In Red Hat JBoss Data Grid, the identifier for all @Indexed objects is the key used to store the value. How the key is indexed can still be customized by using a combination of @Transformable, @ProvidedID, custom types and custom FieldBridge implementations.
The @DocumentID identifier does not apply to JBoss Data Grid values. "

Suggestions for improvement:
This section is not relevant with the architecture chapter. Move it as introduction to where these annotations are actually described?

Also careful with "ProvidedID", it should be "ProvidedId" (note the capitalization)

Additional information:

Comment 3 Martin Gencur 2013-11-25 16:07:54 UTC
Chapter 7.1 still contains "ProvidedID" instead of "ProvidedId".

Comment 4 Misha H. Ali 2013-11-25 23:45:13 UTC
Changed ProvidedID -> ProvidedId in:

* 4.1. Basic Mapping

Cannot spot this incorrectly uppercase anywhere else so I'll set this to ON_QA
