Description of problem:
When I start to copy many contacts to another address book (thanks for the functionality, looks great) I get hundreds of deduplication dialogs, which behave really weird expanding limitlessly (even wider than the width of screen). See attached screencast for illustration.

Also, in case of hundreds of contacts some [Skip All] [Add All] buttons would be really helpful (who wants to press Cancel 254 times ... that's my case now).

This request was not resolved in time for the current release.

Devel-acking and proposing for 7.1, the upstream bug contains a fix for this.
