Title: Rebuilding the Index

Describe the issue:
there is a note "The MassIndexer is implemented using MapReduce, and is therefore only functional in distributed cache mode. "
That's not true anymore.


Suggestions for improvement:
Just remove the note.

Removed note about MassIndexer only available in distributed cache mode.
