Title: Querying

Describe the issue:
The Hibernate and JPA APIs are not available to JDG users.
The Hibernate example needs to be converted, the JPA example needs to be removed.

The text refers to Hibernate features, also needs to be abstracted from Hibernate specific context or wording.

Ok, please provide the correct example. I have removed the JPA example from this guide

Ok, could you please be specific? What features are Hibernate only? What do they need to be replaced with? This is why we have asked for review and why I requested this information months ago. 

"Infinispan Query can execute Lucene queries and retrieve entities managed by a Hibernate session."

I have changed this to 
"Infinispan Query can execute Lucene queries and retrieve domain objects managed by an Infinispan session."

is this correct?
