Title: Sharding Indexes

Describe the issue:
The documentation regarding Sharding is documenting the old and deprecated API. This was now replaced with a new and improved one:

http://docs.jboss.org/hibernate/search/4.4/reference/en-US/html_single/#advanced-features-dynamic-sharding

Sharding is an important feature to achieve the expected excellent levels of performance. We should not document the old style as that API is going to be removed.

Adding Sneha to this bug since they would want to get rid of the deprecated information and use the new stuff for a future WFK release. Sneha, feel free to clone this bug into your product if you like.

Adrian, this is new material based on upstream docs for the same. Could you please have a quick read through and confirm it is OK for JDG?

TBH, I know nothing about the new sharding so I'll have to read the HS 4.4 docs first. Then, I'll examine the changes.
