The SwitchYard validator does not resolve project metadata correctly.  This results in spurious errors, specifically with respect to missing capabilities or missing classes/interfaces.  This is because the validator is using meta-data for the root project in the hierarchy instead of its own meta-data.

Load any of the quickstarts that contain nested projects (ear, cluster, etc.) and notice validation errors on the nested projects.
