See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=906160. It is a duplicate of your ticket, and you was involved in the review. If you are sure the previous packager is no longer interested in to maintain it, mark the old one as a duplicate.

Mario, I know sorry for the late response, this review was for one of my sponsorees (what wanted package pelican), him isn't interested anymore, so I will proceed to put this review in NOTABUG
