Description Tony Fu 2013-11-22 07:18:30 UTC
Description of problem:

When clicking "CREATE RHOS" button from some rhel certs to create rhos cert, it can have a " Vendor, Make, and Model combination already exists" error

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to /enter.cgi page and select "create both" to create a hw specification and hw cert as one go for a rhos vendor. On next page, select "no" for "create rhos cert"
2. A rhel cert as well as a hw specification will be created
3. Go to the rhel cert and select "Advance" tab
4. Click "CREATE RHOS" button to create a rhos cert

Actual results:
An error message shows "Error: Vendor, Make, and Model combination already exists.........."
And no rhos cert created.

Expected results:
A rhos cert should be created without any error
