Description of problem:

# rpm -qf /var/log/openshift/node
file /var/log/openshift/node is not owned by any package
# 

This directory should be owned by the rpm just like for the broker.

# rpm -qf /var/log/openshift/broker
rhc-broker-1.18.0-1.git.69.35d0560.el6.noarch
