Update it with: # su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing darktable-1.2.3-2.fc20' as soon as you are able to. I just installed the fc19 package from the updates-testing repository, and can say that the problem is fixed for me: darktable now launches the system profiles properly, and is able to switch from one profile to the other when I move the window to the laptop screen and back.
