Steps to Reproduce: 
 1. reboot machine
 2. disconnect monitor while machine is shutting down
 3. wait until machine is rebooted to GD


 1. connect display back to the machine



Actual results: 
Only DVI-I works and only at max 1024x768, (also 640x480 and 800x600 available).

Expected results:
Screen should be correectly powered on with native resolution

Bug also affects AMD/ATI Kaveri [1002:1304]

You need linux-kernel-firmware >= 20131106-0.2.git7d0c7a8

We believe this is already fixed but moving to 7.1

No longer affects:  Radeon HD 8770 [1002:6650]
All monitors attach with native resolution.
Had a problem with DP, but cannot reproduce.
