Description of problem:

When you view a historical version of a file the title is indistinguishable from other versions (or the current HEAD version). Include version information in title.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

6.0.x

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save a file to make a historical version.
2. View historical version from Meta Data history section.
3. File names shown in drop down (and panel header) are indistinguishable.

Actual results:

File names are indistinguishable.

Expected results:

Include version number in title.
