Title: JdbcBinaryCacheStore Configuration (Library Mode)

xmlns="urn:infinispan:config:jdbc:5.2"  should be removed from snippet

remove it from all guide. I found few already
16.3.2. JdbcMixedCacheStore Configuration (Library Mode) 
And maybe somewhere else it could be found

OK, so no replacement is suggested so I have removed the whole thing in the following places:

* 16.1.2. JdbcBinaryCacheStore Configuration (Library Mode)
* 16.2.2. JdbcStringBasedCacheStore Configuration (Library Mode)
* 16.3.2. JdbcMixedCacheStore Configuration (Library Mode)

Checked Dev and Getting Started Guide and did not find any instances of this code.
