Description of problem:
  latest nfsd support nfsv4.1, but use rpcinfo can not inquiry the version 4.1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. cat /proc/fs/nfsd/versions
2. rpcinfo -s
3. compare the result

Actual results:
rpcinfo can not inquiry the version 4.1

Expected results:
can do that

The NFSv4 minor versions are designed to be a 
negotiation between the client and server so
there is no need to register the subversion.

Also, there rpcbind does not support subversion.
