How reproducible:
(seen several times during the day, no exact reproduction steps)

Steps to Reproduce :
no exact reproduction steps, will describe steps taken during the day

1. navigate to resource -> monitoring -> metrics
2. change metric time range to custom values - custom hours, custom minutes
3. view metrics graphs in Monitoring -> metrics as well as "resource"->summary->activity page
4. change metric time range in another browser for the same resource
5. switch back to the old browser, refresh the page, navigate from Inventory -> "resource" (e.g. platform) -> monitoring -> metrics and/or inventory -> "resource" -> summary -> activity

Additional Info:

I was able to reproduce the 'cannot load metrics' issue on IE9 on one of the VMs. The issue in not with firefox browser.

Steps:
1. In IE 9 browser, navigate to a 'Monitoring->Metrics' tab of a resource(Ex: Platform)
2. Click on '1h' metric time range.
3. It displays 'cannot load metrics'.

However, i was able to reproduce the issue on one VM and could not reproduce on another VM having same IE 9 version with same steps.

Armine, do you think this is still an issue? I haven't heard of this recently.

Comment 7 Armine Hovsepyan 2014-08-28 09:52:19 UTC
cannot reproduce issue anymore neither on IE9 nor in FF
can be closed as works-for-me or wont-fix
