Yes, firefox is launched with X redirection, and as far as I know XPI is set up. Customer is running 3.2, I believe 3.2.2. Also, that was a typo on my part. We do *not* have access to logs due to the secure nature of the environment. I've tried this with 3.2 and 3.3 on my Fedora laptop, and on my RHEL 6 desktop. Neither had any issues with it. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I could pass on to the customer? Why is this filed against the Windows QXL driver? Customer case is closed, should we close this bug too? |
