Description of problem:

OpenShift uses this variable for the IP : OPENSHIFT_JBOSSEAP_IP
The quickstart uses the obsolete: OPENSHIFT_INTERNAL_IP 

The cartridge currently converts OPENSHIFT_INTERNAL_IP to  OPENSHIFT_JBOSSEAP_IP, but we should change it to use the correct variable.

This should be fixed in the current build.

This bug was not included in the 6.2 Release Notes as a Known Issue, therefore does not need to be included in the 6.3 Release Notes as a Bug Fix.
