Pic 1 shows state 1 (and otherwise normal) operation of the Print gui. Pic 2 shows state 2 (the 2hz flash rate) of what 'Print' changes to and then back
Images got swapped on upload. This is the failure state.

Nutshell: alternate 'flash' state removes 'Job' 'Quality' and 'Color' tabs plus disables the 'Print' button.

Pic 2 shows state 2 (the 2hz flash rate) of what 'Print' changes to and then back Description of problem: Post update (via yum update) to the versions listed below, printing using the gnome desktop gui is no longer possible. The UI alternates (flashes), at an approx 2hz rate, between the two images attached to bug report. System-config-printer does not appear to be impacted by this update, nor does simple printing using command line lpr. Using any printable image (a screen shot, etc) 2. Open in shotwell (or gimp or anything else). Go to File->Print. Print UI pops up, displaying behavior shown in attachments. 3. Try to select any of the flashing tabs or print button. It's pure hit/miss. 4. It will also randomly queue a job to the backend while attempting to select job quality. Actual results: Flashing, unstable, virtually unusable print gui. Expected results: simple, stable, print gui as it was post update. Additional info: Print pop-up window captures in both 'flashing' states appended to this report as attachment.
