Description of problem:

There is currently no section in the admin guide where an admin struggling to setup Beaker can go to find targeted solutions to common problems.

Ideas for titles might be:

  * The system doesn't power cycle
  * The system won't provision
  * Why does beaker-repo-update fail

I'm sure there are others I cannot think of right now.

Bug 888136 is the equivalent idea for the user guide.

This is definitely worth getting started - once it's there, it's relatively easy to add new ones over time, but without it, there's no good home for such tips, so they get skipped as requiring too much work to publish in a systematic way.
