Description Mathieu Bridon 2013-11-27 03:25:44 UTC
Description of problem:
As mentioned on the devel@ mailing-list, I've dropped our downstream-only changes in the libev package, so that our libev is now in line with what upstream intended, as well as how other distributions packaged it.

libverto was depending on those Fedora-specific changes, so it will need some adaptations in Rawhide. (Fedora >= 21)

More specifically, the pkgconfig file for libev disappeared (it was only in Fedora, upstream rejected it repeatedly), so libverto can't rely on that any more.

The ev.h and ev++.h (not sure which one libverto needs) are now installed directly in /usr/include,not in a subdirectory any more, that was also a Fedora-specific change.

So you don't really need the pkgconfig file any more anyway.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.

Comment 2 Fedora End Of Life 2016-07-19 10:38:19 UTC
Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of
Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
current release. If you experience problems, please add a comment to this
bug.

Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
