Tested on STG and Product.
It works OK now when changing password of "admin".

Tested on devenv_4012.
It still fails to change the password.
I'll double check the devenv contains the fix.

The bug still exists.

May I know when this fix will be checked-in to latest devenv? So far, the issue still exists.

Tested on devenv_4131.

Create a jenkins application
Log on to jenkins webpage
Change password for admin.
The password is changed successfully.

Mark the bug as verified.
