Description of problem:
[ALL LANG] [gnome-system-monitor] fuzzy and layout issue in Monitor dialog.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-system-monitor-3.8.2.1-1.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest RHEL7 build.
2. Run gnome-system-monitor from desktop/terminal.


Actual results:
fuzzy and layout issue in Monitor dialog.

Expected results:
Dialog should be displayed as normal.

BTW, this issue in VM but not reproduced on RHEL7 physical machine.

Is this the only applications that displays like that? 

What type of virtualization display are you using? (VNC/spice/something else?)

Nope, also reproduced on other field, such as Trash, Home icon on the desktop and some tooltips for the applications.

Virtual Machine of Virtual Machine Manager 0.9.0.
