Description of problem:
The workflows has been introduced in order to replace the cumbersome configuration via the event chains. Without the workflows support in report-cli users cannot easily switch to another reporting plug-in. Furthermore the reporting interfaces are inconsistent because the GUI reporter already supports the workflows and allows users to choose a preferred way of reporting.

Upstream commit df4141e4ec03089cb3018e40434f8d94edb7970e fixes this bug.
