Description of problem:
Order of tabbing through the fields around is wrong. It is currently 
Cluster, Operating system, Based  on Template, Name, Description, Comment, Optimized For, Delete  Protection checkbox, Number of VMs, Maximum number of VMs per user,  Console, Show Advanced Options, Ok, then Cancel.

RHEV 3.3

How reproducible:
100% of the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a clone and observe the non-linear order of tabbing through the GUI

Actual results:
Order of tabbing through the fields around is wrong. It is currently 
Cluster, Operating system, Based  on Template, Name, Description, Comment, Optimized For, Delete  Protection checkbox, Number of VMs, Maximum number of VMs per user,  Console, Show Advanced Options, Ok, then Cancel. 

Expected results:
Should go top to bottom (Cluster -> Maximum VMs), then to Console around the outside and bottom to Cancel.

Apologies, this is not when creating a clone. It is when creating a Pool of VMs from a template.
