Description of problem:
Go to web console and visit my account page. Try to upgrade to silver account. When input credit number on Firefox25 & Chrome31, the number is not limited as "XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX". On IE9, IE10, Safari, it's limited as "XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX", which is correct.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to web console and try to upgrade to silver account
2. Input credit number in the text field and check 
3. 

Actual results:
Be able to input unlimited number in the text field.

Expected results:
Credit number should be limited as "XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX"

Can't recreate. Do you have javascript enabled?
