Description of problem:
so i updated packstack this morning then ran the answerfile it generated when i did the allinone install a week or so ago.

it broke on this error:
ERROR : Failed handling answer file: 'Parser cannot find option CONFIG_QPID_ENABLE_SSL in answer file.'

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install and run old version of packstack with allinone
2. update
3. run packstack with old generated answerfile


Actual results:
it breaks

Expected results:
it ignores an unconfigured parameter that was not found in the answerfile

This configuration is important and cannot be ignored.
