Description of problem:
A typical http login window pops up after entering credentials for RHEV-M login

How reproducible:
Intermittent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into RHEV webadmin portal

Actual results:
Intermittent pop up window for http access. Values for username and password are greyed out. Clicking [OK] does nothing, but clicking [Cancel] continues to webadmin portal

Expected results:
Immediate login to webadmin portal
