nftables has been merged in the 3.13 kernel, it would be nice to enable (as long as it doesn't cause issues for existing iptables modules).

I am submitting the userspace tools for review here soon.

It should already be enabled.  I enabled it when it came in during the merge.  Are you seeing something not enabled somewhere?
