Description of problem:

Noticed on both an F20 fresh install and fedup system.  The cinnamon regional settings desktop tool "formats" tab only offers Austrailia, Canada (English), United Kingdom (English).  There is no US (English) to be found.   The Systems tab is a mixed bag.  It shows "Format Australia as the default for "Your settings" while showing the correct "United States (English) for "System settings".   Clicking on "copy settings" mashes the System settings with no way to return.
