Description of problem:

For select vm_name,time_zone from vm_static where vm_name ilike '<VM name>';
time zone field is empty

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
is25

How reproducible:
always. 


Additional info:
time zone is missing for any VM state.

why this is a bug? did you set some specific time zone on a vm and its still null?

After discussing with ofrenkel, I figured out this is not a bug. It is just a mistake in the tcms test plan. I fixed it in tcms, and retested it as it should be tested (flow bellow) and it passed. closing bug.

test flow: 
1. Set default time zone by rhevm-config
2. Edit down VM to some time zone, other than default !
3. run VM and check in qemu-kvm process the time zone is set as edited.
