Description radek.chromy 2013-12-02 11:21:00 UTC
Would you mind building perl-WWW-Mechanize-GZip for EPEL so we can use it in CentOS6? Thanks.

Comment 1 Mark Chappell 2013-12-02 11:35:03 UTC
Radek, generally the process is that you ask the Fedora owner if they're willing to build/maintain for EPEL.

Please see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Getting_a_Fedora_package_in_EPEL

Moved against the Fedora Package so that the Fedora owner can decide.

Comment 2 Ken Dreyer 2013-12-02 15:34:18 UTC
(Labeling this bug as RFE to avoid the auto-close process.)

Comment 3 Emmanuel Seyman 2013-12-02 22:24:57 UTC
While I'll be happy to co-maintain a EPEL branch, I don't use the EPEL repo myself and I'ld prefer somebody else step up to be the primary owner.

Comment 4 Lubomir Rintel 2013-12-03 12:07:57 UTC
We use EPEL, and I'll happily build the package and make sure it works in EPEL. Requesting the branch.
