Oracle 12c should be removed from unsupported features because it's going to be supported. 

There are two issues caused by bug/wrong interpretation of date in Oracle Jdbc driver, not EAP/Hibernate.

Mention of Oracle 12c in the list of unsupported features has been removed, as can be confirmed in revision 2.0-11 (or higher) at [1]
