Description of problem:

Enable the ability for a user to configure a time-driven policy schedule.

Use Case:

Customer should have the ability to choose a balanced SLA policy during business hours, but switch to a power-saving policy during off-peak hours to consume power consumption.

Requirements:
Engine - Receive request to modify policy based on schedule trigger
UI - Visual matrix to build policy schedules

setting target release to current version for consideration and review. please do not push non-RFE bugs to an undefined target release to make sure bugs are reviewed for relevancy, fix, closure, etc.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

This bug has been open for more than a year and is assigned to an older release of CloudForms. 
If you would like to keep this Bugzilla open and if the issue is still present in the latest version of the product, please file a new Bugzilla which will be added and assigned to the latest release of CloudForms.
