The entire VM devices aren't logged properly due the the implementation of CreateVDSCommand.logCommandInfo() which only prints a non-informative description of the devices content: devices=[Ljava.util.HashMap;@1a134cbf

Moving it to infra to provide a more suitable solution for printing the VM configuration, and preferably printing that configuration prior to invoking the call to vdsm.

ovirt 3.4.0 alpha has been released

Verified in 3.4.0-0.7.beta2.
