When right clicking on topic ids in a spec on the dev server that don't exist on the prod server, the context menu does not load. This is most likely because the code in the ACE-GWT project is hardcoded to reference the prod server.

This was fixed in 1.4, so marking this as CLOSED CURRENTRELEASE.
