When creating new tags the values assigned to the extended properties aren't reset.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new tag (ie a writer) with extended properties.
2. Attempt to create another tag with the same extended properties without changing views.
3. Notice that the values you set for the previous tag still exist.

I could replicate this in 1.2, however attempting it against 1.4-SNAPSHOT it doesn't happen so I believe this must have got fixed in 1.3. Anyways since I can't reproduce it anymore I'm marking this as WORKSFORME.
