Description of problem:
Last page of the installer indicates "Teiid Dashboard".  Should say "Data Virtualization Dashboard".

Assuming this does not need to be captured as a known issue in Release Notes - setting to requires_doc_text- accordingly.

If this is a simple clean up of a text field, we should make sure it's enterprise ready.

Fixed in latest dv-installer branch.
