Description of problem:
[rpc.statd] option -? -h --help can not work.

# rpm -q nfs-utils
nfs-utils-1.2.9-0.3.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpc.statd -?
2. rpc.statd -h
3. rpc.statd --help

Actual results:
[root@dhcp12-144 ~]# rpc.statd   -?
Statd service already running!

Expected results:
output the help usage.

If kill all rpc.statd, it works.
But the help option should always work for user.

test in RHEL6.4 OK
test in RHEL6.5 OK

test in RHEL7.0 FAIL,
test in RHEL5.10 FAIL, with the same problem.
