Description of problem:
A column showing the sync status should be added to this view, so that it's possible to easily know if the network is in sync with the host's actual configuration.

It would be useful to also have a "Sync" button which will sync the network (and commit changes) to all selected un-synced hosts.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
