Description of problem:
Having a distributed replicated volume with quota limit set for 2GB
on the root of the volume.
The limit is already reached still, the mkdir for 100 or more directories is still allowed to create more dir(s).


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a volume and start it.
2. enable and set limit on the root of volume to 2GB
3. create files in root of volume, over nfs mount, till limit is reached.
4. now try to create directories on the mount point

Actual results:
able to create 100 directories, may even go for more directories

Expected results:
since quota limit is reached, hence we should not be allowing creating new directories.

pre-release version is ambiguous and about to be removed as a choice.

If you believe this is still a bug, please change the status back to NEW and choose the appropriate, applicable version for it.
