Ted Jones <tejones> made a comment on jira TEIIDDES-1965

The issue is resolving the resource (builtInDataTypes.xsd) in the sdt plugin. The same issue has cropped up on Fedora and Mac too. TEIIDDES-1958 will resolve for all platforms. Marking this as a duplicate.
