Description of problem:
When adding many dashboard tabs they end up disappearing off the screen with no ability to scroll to prev/next tabs.

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Dashboard
2. resize the window smaller
3. Add new dashboards by clicking 'New Dashboard' many times

Actual results:
The old dashboard tabs scroll off the screen and you select them anymore.


Expected results:
You should be able to scroll to them or at least get to any of the tabs regardless of screen size.

Added scrolling and picking of dashboard tabs (no matter how many).

We found a "work-around" - you can navigate the tabs by using left/right arrow keys which will eventually reveal the hidden tabs to the right.
