Description of problem:

Current makedumpfile can do more filtering as Bug 731479 described. Unfortunately, kexec-tools package missed the manual for 'makedumpfile.conf' which details the usage of various filter commands, very important to end users.
Since that feature code backported, the corresponding manual should be fetched too.
